Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- be unused and in the same condition received,

- include original tags and packaging,

- and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without prior return authorization.

Opened, used, or unsealed beauty and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

The following items are also non-returnable:

- perishable goods,

- custom or personalized items,

- hazardous materials,

- gift cards,

- and final sale or discounted items.

2. Return Process & Shipping Costs

To request a return, please contact us using the email above.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the designated return address.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other non-refundable charges are not refundable.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to incorrect shipping information, or returned because customs clearance was not completed, related shipping and return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive:

- a damaged item,

- a defective product,

- or the wrong item.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

4. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order after your return request has been approved.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Refund amounts may be reduced for returned items that are damaged, used, or incomplete.
